私もこの本の作者も同様に感じている点がある。
I think, and this book author think the same way.
日本人は何かとリスクを取りたがらないと言われる嫌いがある。
That is Japanese originally have a tendency of having risk of not taking risks.
これは、国民性を批判するためのものではなく、あくまで革新（イノベーション）を起こしていくための基準とは違う基準を持っているようだということに気づいて欲しいからに他ならない。
I mean, I would like to criticize our nationality, I would like us notice that we have a little different standards of innovation.
それにしても、
英語の取り組みを始めたがなかなか容易ではない。
By the way, English translation.
It is not easy.
英語が出てきたり、
日本語が出てきたり、
安定するものではない。
Sometimes it occur in English,
sometimes it occur in Japanese.

So, I translated English to Japanese, Japanese to English.

Sometimes I complement English meaning with Japanese meaning.
Sometimes I complement Japanese meaning with English meaning.
そんな変な書き方になっている。
I choose that kind of unique way of writing.

Today,
I thank for having time with former co-worker (2months）for job interview.
年が始まったりしてお忙しいのに感謝である。
New year, they must be busy, but thankfully he take a time with me.

It looks, houses are little in advanced around these discussion and verification.
さて本論のリスクを取らないリスクに関してだが、
日本的なリスクの取り方を考えていくか
Then, I am back to issue of risk of not taking risks.
グローバル化して
世界に揉まれるかということで
Globalization is still coming deeply and
world wave may wash away our island thinking from our brain and heart.
選択肢が分かれると思うのだが、
やはり結果も含めて二極化するのだろうと予測する。
I suspect that it will go bipolarization including process choosers and their result.
リスクをとって何かをやること
これを繰り返せる人は何かを得ていくことができる。
Taking risks and Doing something.
If we can repeat these two phase, we can gain something great.
それを証明している人はいるのだが
圧倒的に数が少ない。
There are so many people that its truthness.
But, still overwhelmingly numbers are a few.
これは問題意識という次元を超えていると私は思う。
I think this situation is beyond problem consciousness.
怖い経験を敢えてする必要はないという考えもあるかもしれないが
冒険やチャレンジ精神を阻害する考え方はむしろ人を退化させてしまうと危惧している。
There is a idea that there is no need to experience scary things.
But, if they avoid adventure or challenging spirit,
I fear, it goes to degenerate humankind.
無論
昨日のように考えや思考は全面的に人に影響を与えるので、
危惧するのはやめにして
Off course,
as we think together yesterday,
ideas and thinking brain activty（BA）influenced human in full-scale.
So, don’t be afraid of not good direction…
ハイパー楽観論に戻ることにしよう。
Let us back to hyper optimism.
日本人がリスクを取らないリスクを認識し、
リスクをとるチャンスを認識したストーリーを展開しよう。
（これは、ある領域を超えた日本人にとっては既に過去のものかもしれない。ひょっとするとシャイなアフリカ人に当てはまるのかもしれない。）
Japanese recognize their risks of not taking risks.
They also recognize their chances of taking risks.
（It may be aleady past for some Japanese in some region. Possibly, it can be corresponding for shy africans.）
ここからが本番だ。
Then, this is it.
リスクをとるチャンス。
Chances of taking risks.
チャンスとリスクは裏腹とも言われる。
Risks and chances are opposite of the other side like coin.
チャンスがある裏にはリスクがあり
リスクがある裏にはチャンスがあるとも言われている。
Chances have risks on the other hand.
Risks have chances on the other hand.
絶対的安全性、絶対的確実性
などはそもそも断言しえない。
Absolute security, absolute certainty are not predicatable.
だから好きなリスクを見分けて
これなら取れるリスクだなというのを見つけてそこにチャンスを見つけるというアプローチもあるのではないかと思う。
So, we can find and choose our favorable risks.
Then, we take these risks and after then we can find chances that these risks have.
That’s a new way of finding chances.
ポジティブ依存、ネガティブ依存というワードで説明しているのは本田健さん.
Author Ken Honda explaining using “Positive Dependence” and “Negative Dependence”.
自分自身が、
ネガティブなことで自分を成立させようとする人物なのか
ポジティブなことで自分を成立させようとする人物なのか
Which are we ourselves A or B?
A: person who are establish by mass of negative thinking.
B: person who are establish by mass of positive thinking.
というように自分を見分けるバランス感覚を教えてくれている。
Through this question,
we can obtain a sense of balance of negative thinking and positive thinking.
そのバランス感覚と同様に捉えて良いのかわからないものの
チャレンジに対するリスクを全く感じないのはそれはそれで問題であるからして
様々なアプローチがあっても良いわけである。
I am not quite sure that we can use the same sense of balance.
Because in a sense it is problem in that case that we feel no risk in our challenging.
西洋式のポジティブ・シンキングをそのままできるようになるというよりは
個人個人に合わせたアプローチを（個々が）採用するが良いのではないかというわけである。
It is not simply adaptable Westerns Like positive thinking approach.
But we choose our own approach of thinking for risks and chances.
